A date with Kasha Rigby!

Time: 6:00pm
Heck, I'll even invite you guys to come and see....
I work for a non-profit that builds sustainable libraries in developing countries like Nepal and we're having Kasha Rigby and Arlene Blum, both incredible female mountaineers, come and do a talk for us at the Sierra Nevada College Library in Incline Village. An auction/drawing will follow with gear from Patagonia, REI, Ski Loft, etc. Food and bevs will be available.

Excuse the spaminess, but I know some maggots will be coming.

Anyone have some good Rigby photos so everyone knows who we're talking about?

I have that setup she's holding- the ARC ANGELS with the Rottefellas. I don't look sexy holding them though. And mine are badly beaten. Kasha is my Arcangel.

Arlene Blum is pretty damn great too (though not the sassy young hottie Kasha is). I know Arlene from work down here in the Bay Area - I helped her with some event work years ago. She's amazing. Led the first all female trip up Annapurna - the book about it is pretty crazy.
