Any small/medium folks need a nice backpack? Would be a great option for a teen. Can deliver to BBI Alpy.

Any mags have old boots that are about to go? Not looking to use them to ski. My dad( some of you know him) wants them.

My dad cant ski anymore due to his knee ( he lived in Utah from 84-202008, had seasons passes to Alta, Snowbird, DV & Soli due to his work. He got his vert in) hes gone through his and 2 cadavers tendons and too old for total knee replacement
    But he reached out recently:

"I need a pair of old, used ski boots (my size is your size 28). Ski boots are the best way to secure my feet and protect my ankles when I use my inversion table. I had to modify the boots I had before and they no longer work. Nothing else secures my feet and protects my ankles. Now, I have friends who come by and also use the inversion table (it is good for old backs).

Perhaps your ski shop has an old pair they could sell to me for a cheap price. Perhaps you or a friend have an old pair they could give up?"

They live in FL but I can venmo shipping costs.

    Thank you
I have a pair of Salomon in 28.5 with walk mode. Cover shipping and their yours.

Worst case is priority mail medium flat rate. Might be able to save a few bucks by jamming into envelope instead... But figure $14 or so

Shipped off to skifishbum. I have something else that's slightly obscure. and GONE

Flexon Equipe very stiff tongues modified to fit old school Scarpa cabrio . They are marked Flexon-Pro 9-10.5.
Many years ago I hacked these up to make Lasers more useful. They were too big but they were better for skiing than the flimsy stock tongues.
Eventually I found via GS some stiffer black Scarpa tongues (from Typhoons?), certainly a better fit with the boots but not nearly as wicked stiff as these:

It is missing one of the two bolts that connect it to whatever it bolts on to.

Couple pairs of pivot/fks lifter plates. I think I have 3 sets in bag with screws. Really just provide shipping which is like $7
I need to go to Utah.
    Utah?
Yeah, Utah. It's wedged in between Wyoming and Nevada. You've seen pictures of it, right?

So after 15 years we finally made it to Utah.....

Thanks BCSAR and POWMOW Ski Patrol for rescues

Revival of the Free Gear thread

Blue and black 16 din Salomon guardians from 2014. Missing the axle/pin screw attachment to the toe plate. Haven’t been able to source one. Maybe your local shop will do better. Free burly frame clamps that are 1 part away from working. Want em? Cover shipping, they’re yours.

    https://www.evo.com/outlet/alpine-to...e-100mm-brakes

Edit - also have a single black diamond traverse (adjustable aluminum) pole from 2010 vintage if you need a single. Prefer local pickup in Seattle for this - shipping poles is cumbersome.

4 tele DVDs for you because you still tele and I don't.
I used to when I was a moderately fit middle aged guy.
Now I'm elderly, less fit and lazier.

Anybody need a closed-cell camping pad? Barely used, just taking up space. Not worth shipping but if you’re near Bend it’s yours.

Good reminder - I’ve got two 3/4 length Ridge Rests and two 3/4 length self inflating Therma Rests in So VT if anyone can use them.

Driver AFD and Voile releasable springs (I think)

IIRC these Salomon Driver things might be handy for someone.
