    A friend one street over from us had a mountain lion in her backyard the other day, and the local park has a big flashing sign warning of mountain lions. Pretty cool. Apparently it a mom with two cubs. It is nice to know that one can go for a walk in the hills, and actually have a chance to been eaten by something. Now if we could just bring back the grizzly.

    that cute little monster w/bird in mouth looks like one of mine when he was a kitten.



    he's actually mellowed quite a bit since i took this pic a few years ago...
    and luckily he knows who keeps him fat

    gotta run but will check out the story later...
