    Old school Uzzi SL.
Just got the frame back from powder coating.
Got a bud who made me the die cut stickers.

Swapping in shock links from an SLX gave me 6" F&R travel.
Even with Hadley/Hope/ex729 wheels and Gustav brakes, I'm under 33lbs

    New head tube badge

Built up a 14.5" GF Cake for my wife.
Combo of extra parts I had and ebay got a very lightweight, high end (XTR/Sram Rocket, Hadley/DT/Stans wheels, Hayes Mag brakes, Zoke X-Fly) bike for about $1000 total.

Ha - working on it. 54cm. Low geometry and BB30. Building it with 2010 Force. Looking for a set of Ksyrium Elite's for training wheels. Probably Reynolds carbon clinchers for racing. Some other goodies as well...

Should be a bit of a step up from my steel CX bike...

Ha....a bit of a step. With the Reynolds you could easily be sub 15... I love my Tarmac--can't seem to find anything better. Mine is a 61cm and I'm 16lb and change...on a Pro model.

My wife's bike. It started as a stock Pitch Pro, but now has SLX cranks, Fox Talas 36(2006 150mm version), Juicy 5's, Command post,
5.1D rims with 340 hubs, and all kinds of pink bling. She loves it.

Made some studded tires for ridding around town during the winter. I took one to many spills on ice and got pissed off enough to make these. They grip like none other. The black one is my new fixie. New powder coat paint job and kept all the original parts except the wheels, and seat. New grease on all moving parts and i'm loving. One piece cranks are super easy to work with. Wish they kept them this way for working on.

it's coming. right now it's the wrong size for this frame so I'm sending it to Push for some new hardware and to be revalved. I love the feel of the coil but the light weight of the DHX Air is pretty nice, so I'll swap between them depending on the day. maybe.

    The new steed!

Thanks to marshal for the great deal! As you can see in the picture, there seems to be some accursed substance falling from the sky that is preventing me from sleighing on this thing at this very moment, but soon enough she will see dirt.

Great, as if Ullr hasn't been pissed off enough this year, you make a statement like that.

Just getting this thing dialed. its a size M 2008 tx2. The rear shock has been upgraded to a 2x7.5 rp2, increasing rear travel to 5.7". The fork is a 2010 lyrik u-turn. Just put on the mavic 721's laced to saint hubs (thanks Dominic!), with a 10mm thru-axle on the rear. The joplin seatpost is new also. The weight is somewhere around 33#.

I've only put in a few rides with the new fork, but holy *@#$, this thing makes the singletrack its b%$#h! Eats it up and spits it right back out! Wish it was a bit lighter but its f-ing solid and there aren't many parts I am willing to change, except the hayes stroker trail brakes, which kinda suck.

Those are big X tires... Any trouble with frame clearance? I would like to put something like that on mine but I think the biggest I can fit is 40 and that's really pushing it.

N, those are Panaracer FireCross, which are 45c. They are kind of huge and in many respects, kind of a novelty. The CrossCheck is notorious for having tons of clearance and it isn't really an issue (Marshal was actually able to get a pair of Kenda Karma 1.9s on my last incarnation with just a bit of modification). As is, I would ride that bike on some really buff singletrack, etc. But for everyday riding, I have a pair of Conti touring tires that I will be putting on.
