post a pic of your ride.

I decided to go back in time and get a hardtail to add to the quiver. only gotten out around the neighborhood so far as we’re still knee deep in snow but I’m happy I ordered it early with the supply chain disruptions

This has been my steed for a bit over a year (picked up demo model from Transition). It does an adequate job of compensating for my lack of skills. Dentist shock was obtained at their blowout sale, and dentist cranks were through an buddy in the industry.

Ibis Mojo 3 I picked up new in early 2017. My go-to when it's a proper mountain bike ride. Don't know if I'll ever have a reason to sell this one. Fit and ride is perfect for me.

Trek Superfly SS I built up and converted to 1x11. My go-to when it's more gravel-ish, roady-ish, commute-ish.

Do I detect a lot of anger flowing around this place? Kind of like a pubescent volatility, some angst, a lot of I'm-sixteen-and-angry-at-my-father syndrome?

    fuck that noise.

post a pic of your ride.

Stoked at how quickly my 6 year old is figuring out the gears. Birthday gift. World is fucked. I splurged.

Also have a 3 year old so hoping it rolls through four seasons. Part of the justification.

So I bought a Schwinn to cruise around the neighborhood, then I starting taking it apart and buying cheap parts from amazon and taking apart an old Rockhopper that was two sizes too big for me. Here’s what I wound up with for about $250. Only thing original is the frame.

My new dentist ride, Sworks Stumpjumper ST. Have been putting a ton of miles on since I got it last week. Nice to have 3 trail systems within ~6 mile pedal from home, making this quarantine much more manageable.

Nice whip and sounds like you have a great location. We just got another dump of snow. I'd be more stoked if spinning on my bike wasn't the highest on my rehab list and skiing lowest.

Fukt: a very small amount of snow.

Not actually MY bike but it's the bike. I rode it a ton the first year I had it then moved and was running the last couple of years. I'm back to riding again though. Running hurts too much.
Hmm....just realized, after watching this thread for awhile, that I hadn't updated. So, here's my new ride as of a couple years ago. After breaking enough parts, suspension systems, and just wanting something more current, I wound up with this.

Nope, luckily for me, just a dirt-bag.
(Thanks for putting that on on a tee for me)
