I'm not ripping off anyone and it's sold anyway so There is a big difference between new & refurbished. It's a 50/50 shot that a refurb anything will ever work right. This player was sealed, un-opened in it's original package. Compare it to BRAND NEW Mp3 players & Ipods, dumbass, IT’S NEW, NOT REFURBISHED! Oh, & NO I didn’t get it at Wal-Mart either. I looked, they don’t have them in stock. I called them & the person I talked to said they have been out of it for a long time & doesn’t know why they still have it on their website. Again

pelchelman, I wasn't referring to you & didn’t think you were pissing on anything. But for the other moronic bastards above who say I'm ripping people off, compare NEW to New mp3 players & Ipods. This is a good deal. If you can find one of these ANYWHERE for anything less, wow, woo hoo, put a gold star sticker on your forehead! I doubt it can be done. I’m not ripping anyone off. Maybe if had tried to pass a refurb off as new or had tried to represent something completely not what it was really worth would be one thing. I have not come close to doing either! My integrity is worth a HELL of a lot more to me than a measly couple of hundred dollars!
