Anyone got anything? I'm looking for one bedroom long or short term starting pretty soon in and around Jackson.

sometimes places pop up on the classifieds there...Something about the wrinkle in your forehead tells me there's a fit about to get thrown
And I never hear a single word you say when you tell me not to have my fun
It's the same old shit that I ain't gonna take off anyone.
and I never had a shortage of people tryin' to warn me about the dangers I pose to myself.

AKA in Ogden!?!??!
Robo with Wink!?!?!?!
Both sound pretty kick ass.
AKA, when are you moving to town? I'm just 15 minutes south of there and rumor has it there is some decent skiing up that way.

We are looking at an early fall move.
We'll probably be buying in Ogden somewhere in the vicinity of 27th street as close to Harrison as possible.
We're coming out for a week in June to have a thorough look over.
I heard a nasty little rumor about there being good skiing around there but from what I remember Alta's where its at.

Oh good, O-town needs more tax payers. I'm looking in that same area, I've made two offers in the past few weeks. Let me know if you need any area advice.

Ha. I've got an offer in on a house in that area too (bank owned, needs work). I'll be working between 20th-30th and Washington-Harrison for my next house projects. Let me know if you need any advice on the area. I've been up there more than I'd like recently. Hopefully I pick up something cool soon and can go to work.
flyk, are you working the huds still? If not let me know the MLS of the properties you're looking at and I'll get you as much dirt as possible (like what they paid for the place and when).

Yeah. It's almost a little too hot. A lot of the best deals I'd been eyeing while holding SLC properties have been snatched up and the bank owned deals take forever. I think I'll avoid them in the future. I'll be driving the area again in the next couple of days to check out houses. I may make another offer on a different place just in case this bank deal falls through.

Robo, congrats on the job!
AKA, you realize that you'll have to get used to lighter snow and steeper landings right? oh and that pesky 3.2% beer to fill daddy's fridge. Just remember to stock with bottles that carry the little orange sticker on them- so you know it's 'real' beer

Bump cause I'll be there soon.
How's the snowpack up there? Any Jackson mags think it's worth it to bring my AT gear?
