So, should I buy a pair of BRO's or not?!?

Because really we all know the only quality automobiles come from Detroit, have flat beds, and are sold exclusively in Silverthorne.
Unlike Bros.
AsheanMT: Without fellating Splat, I can honestly say they are the most versatile fun ski I have ever owned. I also have never had a problem with them. Oh - I have the 188 stiffs....Last edited by Tippster; 05-03-2007 at 10:25 AM.

The title of this thread is funny. I know I personally was holding my breath waiting for Max to reply.

The facts of this situation (Max, Pat, correct me if I'm wrong)
A pair of softer flex skis were sent to Max. Max was unhappy with the flex, Pat offered to replace them with the correct flex, and run that pair in the interm.
Max came to Tahoe on his own accord and picked from several skis at a shop.
The second ski has a warranty issue (delam) and is awaiting return to PM Gear for replacement.
From what I can tell from both threads, this is what happened after you cut all of the emo bullshit and misunderstood communication out of it. Max recieved a pair of skis mid-season (which he picked and should have theoretically been happy with the flex) that later needed to be warrantied. EVERY big name ski company would require you to send the ski back once the warranty issue was noted and then you would wait out many weeks or even the rest of the season without skis.
As far as the flex, the 179's were/still are(?) considerably softer than their 188 counterparts. If I recall the original reviews correctly, the 179 stiff feels like a 188 soft (I own a 188 soft, and they are definately soft). You very well may have recieved what you asked for. That being said Max, I have a pair of 178 Little Big Fats for sale...
Drama = blown out of proportion
Summit County = still full of douchnozzels
TGR = Summer mode
Carry on.I've concluded that DJSapp was never DJSapp, and Not DJSapp is also not DJSapp, so that means he's telling the truth now and he was lying before.

So, should I buy an Audi or not?
don't know why my name has come up a few times because all I did was vouch for Max as being a somewhat-socially-inept -- but classy and kindhearted -- guy. and then the obviously BS quote that I thought was pretty funny. it is a bit annoying that if anyone from CO vouches for anyone else from the entire state, it's taken as some kind of clique-y love fest.
Summit has a hard on for sPlat and will try to stir shit up with him at any opportunity he gets. As far as I can tell, he very well might have a good reason for his beef. But it is indeed tiresome that he jumps on the bandwagon to make personal attacks on Splat every time someone else has a problem with a guy. I've told him in person so I don't feel bad about saying it on the board-- I think it's bad form and it's not becoming of the guy that I know in person to be someone that I like and trust a lot.

heh, I wonder how they did that. If you get confused, a glance at the post counts should straighten things out.

Wow, what a load. I'm not reading much of it.
All I took away from the first post was, "Is 'Deep Days' in fact 'Max Gosey'?"You are what you eat.
