Holy shit. Last night raged. Tons of energy with Jimmy just straight shredding. Cool place to see a show.

hmmm.... I thought last night was great. Intimate venue that got real loud. Herring had some great licks (the end of Glory comes to mind). Time is free had some doors lyrics brainded into it and the Aint life grand blew the roof of the place. Tonght should be fun...
    That 2nd set looks sick.

I haven't checked in since the Missoula show last Tuesday. Best Panic show I've ever seen, and I've seen more than a few. JB and Herring are having a ton of fun playing together, and it shows, Airplane was sweet, Lets Get Down to Business rocked, all around excellence.

^^^Do it. The set list wasn't necessarily the greatest, but the band was on fire. So so tight.

    -edit: Thanks Phish

I just got back from Nashville.

All I can say is that the Friday night show was one of the strongest I have seen! Insane venue, amazing energy, 4th row floor both nights, good friends, etc.......

I was at Loveland for both shows and I was truly impressed with both Colorado shows. But put that stage in a Church which holds 1800, built in 1897 with 80 years of country music history and you get inspiration from all sides. If they ever get the chance to play there [Ryman] again, don't miss it!

sidenote: after ILS on Thursday night, JB walks up to the mike and says "I wonder if that is how Minnie Pearl would have done it". Classic!!!

    10/25/07 Ryman Auditorium, Nashville, TN
1: Climb To Safety > Imitation Leather Shoes, Pickin' Up The Pieces, Surprise Valley > Blight > Surprise Valley, None of Us Are Free, Walkin' (For Your Love), Chainsaw City

2: You Should Be Glad, Visiting Day, B of D > Chilly Water > Vampire Blues > Chilly Water > Drums > Don't Wanna Lose You > Solid Rock > Flicker

E: End Of The Show > Knocking 'Round The Zoo

    10/26/07 Ryman Auditorium, Nashville, TN
1: Let's Get Down To Business, Little Kin > Better Off > Cream Puff War, Ain't Life Grand, Old Neighborhood, Weight Of The World > Disco > Pigeons > Mr. Soul

2: Holden Oversoul > Sharon > Thought Sausage, Jam > Tall Boy, Life During Wartime > Jam > Proving Ground > Fixin' To Die > Papa's Home > Goin' Out West

E: Up All Night, The Last Straw, Give

    [Only 'Up All Night']

So you get a Goin Out West in Phucking Nashville and I can't get one in Montana, WTF is that all about. Sounds like a sick sick show though.

I have been listening to Panic again, after a long absence. Herring fucking KILLS it. This is the best version of Panic ever, I don't care if that is sacrilege.

Funny shit. JB definitely muffed the lyrics a few times, but still pretty good for their first attempt. Hopefully it's something they keep in their reptertoire.

Looked like fun! They have definitely had the guns blazin this tour. Looking forward to the end of June already for another red rocks run.

i like WSP but ol' JB sings like he's got both nostrils packed with blow and a jug of JD in his hand....not a lot of vocal range

Meh, shelve that fucker. Its not their style IMO. Phish was the band that was good at covering shitty songs by shitty bands.

[QOTE= Lumberg] umm...yeahh......I'm going to go ahead and disagree with you there [/QUOTE]

Yeah, JB rumbles through some of the nasty dirty tunes, but if you've heard him sing something like Can't Find My Way Home or Don't be Denied you'd know that man has some serious range.
