Best thing to ever happen to my workflow is PS actions.
One I use everyday is one I made to create web thumbnails for my clients galleries. Combine this with a script to do the upload and the whole procedure takes one click and a coffee break.

Also, if you're a landscaper, FredMiranda has some damn good landscape forum action.
An explanation of how depth of field relates to aperture. Maybe old news to some but I never knew that this is how it worked.
I just stumbled upon this. Its got pretty much everything you could ever ask a question about. I haven't looked through all 100, but the ones I have checked have been pretty good.

Use median blending for noise reduction. Works for static scenes, high ISO and astrophotography.
