the taste is strong. very strong. must be enjoyed like whiskey, not
like beer: slow and steady. the aroma is superb, pure islay. the taste
however has absorbed a lot of the charcoal from the cask. i wonder if
that's on purpose.

For Canucks, the cheapest place, by far, to buy Scotch is at the Duty Free Americas shops. Coming back from a weekend trip to Seattle, I recently picked up 1L bottles of Ardberg and Dalwhinnie for 40% less than what 0.75L bottles would have cost at a BC Liquor store. Originally Posted by f2f
