Props to Fat Yeti. He just hooked me up with some Prophet 130's. He had them FedEx'd my way before I'd even gotten my check in the mail. It's great to see that level of trust in this group. Hopefully a few bad apples won't ruin things for the rest of us.

BIG props to Powstash - for the 200cm AK Rockets w/916s at a price most used 916s are sold... Great deal.

And to Focus - Killer deal, and great correspondence on my 195 AK Rocket swallowtails.

Both guys really know how to wrap/mail skis. Cheers!

I have had a good and easy deal with Stymie on this board.
On telemarktips I've traded, bought, or sold with luber, plainsman337, bonniecutthroat, and CaptnPea and had good experiences each time. No idea if they post over here or not.
Many others who I know in person have also hooked me up.

skibuminwyo came through HUDGE on an ice screw - didn't charge and even shipped for free. (still some brews waiting for ya, if you read this).

    Other positives:
Everybody knows this but mtnlion is lightning to respond to any gear question and ship stuff out.
afromullet, givebackbloom, MrClean, Muzzy616, and Stroupskier = legit dudes.

instead of this thread where you have to sort through everything to find anyones name, lets just implement a feedback system attached to your profile like ebay.

^^^ That won't work either. You see all these alias' running around? What is to stop someone from making an alias' just to give themselves "feedback" At least this way we can see WHO is saying WHAT about WHOM and we can make our own judgements.

How about if you are not comfortable dealing with someone you don't know, get someone you do know to vouch for them?

If you can't find them in a search, get a trusted vouch, you just roll the dice or don't deal with them.

I got burned now I'll pay a little more to work with people I trust.

Was working on a deal last week with a new poster. Asked him for some kind of reference or eBay feedback. He said he totally understood and provided ebay id and two transactions on here. I was comfortable continuing the deal...

And props to Skiman1009 out of alta- he's put at least 3 or 4 cool items up here for free.

I've bought/sold/traded with a number of you here over the past few years.

Recently I purchased some older skis for my dad from InspectorGadget and he gave me one hell of a good deal on skis that were in great shape. Skis showed up fast and I would certainly do a transaction with him any day.
