i think the judges may be worried about what he might do off the light towers.

KT drops in with the biggest grin at squaw on his mug

i'm pretty sure this shot is of drew tabke. tatsuno had a similer line off of this feature.

the rest of these i dont have names for. i'm sure with some help we can get the names though.

i might have a few more worth posting. i'll check it out.

tomarrow is simply going to go off. everyone seems really dang excited about the possiblities right now up on light towers. i did a lap up there and adrien was scouting mister chipper, which is around 60 ft at this snow level. and that would be the first move in his line. tatsuno was explaining some crazy idea he had looking back at the first cliff band. i couldnt see what the hell he was talking about, but i sure do want to see him ski it. whatever the fuck it is.

    its game on.

Looked really fun! Can't wait for tomorrow's venue. Long Duc - I've got surgery in the morning. Going to try to make it up to the observation deck by finals if posible. Good luck to all.

go to the headwall lift. get on. look over your left shoulder. viola, c2 bowl with light towers above and to the right.

ski down headwall face and work your way right. you will run into the course boundry. try not to ski into the course.

    two runs tomarrow.

    Sick pics brah.

I predict that Oldtimer will rise from his hospital bed and come in unannounced to crush it, while the announcer screams "Nooooooo! Nooooooooo!" like in WWF.

That's what they say, but with the delays it's more like ten. I thought it was 20 but got shut out.

    That said. Throw down.

Thanks for posting those shots. Gets me pumped from a long way away. Seems like guys are really throwing down despite a lack of coverage. Really impressive. Nice to see Andy Racich make the cut. Used to ski with him back when I lived in Tahoe. Super nice guy and a great skier.

the Squaw Ubercam can be aimed at the venue today, but the angle isn't the greatest

it can be zoomed in a lot closer than this, too

SquawMan, you are so right about Squaw coverage, or lack thereof, on this event. Here is how bad their webpage sucks. The only thing I can find on the comp is a link to the USfreeski page, and it doesnt even open a new window, it takes you away from Squaw.com. Made me laugh...isnt that like web design 101.

They arent doing any online web cams, they arent even updating the Photo Gallery. SO dumb. They finally host a cool event and they dont even get the press they could from it.

couldn't agree more HW,,,, but the funny thing is, that the Ubercam can actually zoom in pretty close, so they at least ought to zoom it and then freeze it for the competition

but that would be too intelligent for them

That is some real hacking if you ask me. Why is the crowd so stoked on such hacking?
