Good Skiing Songs
If anyone has some good songs that they listen to while skiing/snowboarding I'd love to hear them. I like everything, rock, rap, I just need somthing good to listen to while I ski.

Actually, I have been listening to Bob Gibson's "Ski Songs" lately (oldschool). Makes me think of the skiing of Hattrup and Plake in Sno-What?, as many of the songs were used in that movie.

When I want to step it up, I usually take a run with "Helicopter" by Bloc Party.

I usually tune it to AC/DC - Thunderstruck for the first run of the day as well, especially if I am going to bomb a groomer at warp speed to warm up the legs.

I'm on a Chili Peppers binge right now, Stadium Arcadium has a ton of good songs, and older stuff is sweet too.

There are powder songs (i.e. stuff by Bedouin Soundclash, Marley) and charging songs (i.e. stuff by The Roots, Sweatshop Union). Right now though... try this song:

Seriously, do you want to listen to THE best song of all time for skiing powder?
Listen to a live cut of "Porch Song", Widespread Panic.

Kyuss - Gardenia gets me goin' every time. The whole Sky Valley cd just never gets old for me. And The Circus Leaves Town is pretty damn good too.
