ATTENTION! ALL WHO KNOW DEMOLITION WOMAN.
I can barely type this. I dont know how to say it. Tonight, my sweet wife passed away. For those of you who knew her, no one could ask for a better wife. She was everything you could want in woman.
She will forever be my soul mate. I loved her to the end. I know many of you will ask how, so I will answer it. Something in her life hurt her so deeply that she took her own life.
Funeral arrangements have not been made yet. I will let everyone know where/when."JONG!!!!!" is the sound a lift tower makes when a gaper runs into it.

Dear god, Doug, as you know, she came by the house Sunday night...both Rachel and I felt as if she were out of sorts, and a little down. We attributed it to the advice/criticism given to her at the steep camp in JH.
I am so, so sorry...If there is anything we can do, don't hesitate to ask.
Godspeed...

I don't know what to say but i am VERY sorry for your loss. Growing up in AK, i lost several people close to me and knew many more who did the same, i can only begin to imagine what you are going through and the pain you are feeling. ++++++++vibes going out to you. I wish there was something i could say to comfort you. Again, i am very sorry to hear for your loss and my condolences going out to you.
Our world is full of surrender at the first sign of adversity, do not give up when the challenge meets you, meet the challenge. Through perseverance comes the rewards, the rewards that make life so enjoyable.
Seize the day, trusting little in the future.
if you want something, go after it. if you want to screw someone over, look DEEP in your heart and realize Karma is a bitch

I really wish there was something I could do to lessen your loss. This was a punch in the stomach to read and I never met either of you.
Be with those who are close to you, even if you can't talk about it, their compassion will relieve some of the burden of the sorrow.
Know and feel that your loss is felt by others, and that you will survive your loss; I sense that you have friends who will be of help.

Life is precious and sometimes too short. Your photos of her struck me that you were truly a lucky man to have found a companion to share life's great adventures with.
My heartfelt condolences to you.
