Experience with pain pumps?
As part of my rotator cuff repair, I was fitted with a pump that injected 400 ml of 0.2% ropivaricaine over 72 hours into a nerve. Unlike many others I've heard about, mine did not leak out the catheter. However, if it did any good, I don't want to even think about how bad it might have hurt without it. I felt zero difference when the dose ran out.
Anybody else had good experience with these contraptions?

I don't use them. The experience of my patients is just like yours. A big waste of 1000 bucks. You could have bought new skis!
