The only thing worse than the feeling that you are going to die is the realization that you probably won't.

This is all very useful information. So, if I understand correctly, the bindings actually go on the top of the skis. Do I understand that correctly?
Does that mean the wax should be scraped before I mount the bindings. Or hold on is the wax supposed to go on the bottom? where do I attach the poles. This is all so confusing!!

Seriously, I am looking for recommendations on how far back from the tips i Should mount the bindings. I only have a little time today that I can use a dill press. The line seams far back to mount boot center.

    Telemarking is stupid.
We're sorta like 7-Eleven. We're not always doing business, but we're always open.

Ok, here's what I did on my fat bros. Find the boot center by pulling from the heel of your boot to the pinline. Mark that spot. Now, put your boot on the ski with this line over the marked boot center on the ski. Invoke voodoo chant, adjust to what looks right, and mount.

You could also check out the tele specific site www.telemarktips.com for a little more help. Pin line at cord center, balance point, mid mark, voodoo, etc are all options.
