    TR: 1/27-1/28/2007 7Springs

7S was in great shape this weekend. It felt great to finally have the entire mountain open and very ski able. The lake effect has been working well the last few days and they have well over a foot of natural on the ground and more in the woods. There isn't much that is really challenging but its always a good time. Here is the proof.

    Photos--

    Rolling up early Saturday morning

Checking out some ungroomed areas from the lift

    Well covered trails, Check!

    Well covered glades, check!

    Lake effect coming down.

    Snow makes a girl happy.

    My signature is messy.

Getting Baby air off a roller -- I guess this is me trying to be agressive.

Glad to see springs finally filling out a bit. Makes me a wee bit homesick.

Tim, had people stopped falling down I would have called you. Perhaps next weekend will be less crazy.

I am hoping for a knee deep TR too. And BK will be skied for sure.

Just a couple people mentioned the beasts. I actually saw a guy on Sunday with 4frnt MSP (the 187cm) so I guess fat twintips are catching on around here.

The Bros still generate a lot of questions and strange looks in the lift line.

Did he have green boots and blue hair ? That dude used to ride at Tussey, real good skiier though was always looking for a way to kill himself broke his femur and a rib at Tussey's rail jam last year. Last I heard he moved to near Pittsburg.
You're gonna stand there, owning a fireworks stand, and tell me you don't have no whistling bungholes, no spleen spliters, whisker biscuits, honkey lighters, hoosker doos, hoosker donts, cherry bombs, nipsy daisers, with or without the scooter stick, or one single whistling kitty chaser?
