Funny you mention that, it was the obvious uptrack choice and I figured we'd be on top of Willard within the hour. 90 minutes later we were sitting below gnarly cliffs on the NE side of the peak and it was obvious there would be no summit for us. Standard sandbag from a slope that is about twice as big as it looks. And I got really dehydrated from all the drooling!

It's been a few years since Terrace had a real winter. So many cool local things to do: urban jibbing, sneaky little 300 vert foot in-town steeps and setting a skinner right out the basement door.
