I suppose this is considered cheating, in that my favorite skin tracks photos are ones taken while snowcat skiing. But I'm going to put them up anyway. Hopefully we'll get some true backcountry photos worth sharing soon.
This first one is while we were snowcat skiing at Snowwater Heli- & Snowcat Skiing, near Nelson, BC. We had a 15-minute skin up from where the cat dropped us off. I'm in the lead.
The second one is while we were at Chatter Creek Lodge, BC (near Golden). I'm last in line (or perhaps I should say my husband was last, since he took the photo, but that's OK, we both still got freshies).

This is what I love about skiing...just being in the mountains. It doesn't matter if you are skinning up or skiing down, just being out there is great.
If bootpacking counts, here is one from France.
