Ski trip help
I am going to be going on a ski trip in late march to either Whistler or Utah. Which has the best snow at that time, terrain, town, and accessibility

Here's a clue:
Open your Powder Mag or Skiing Mag, or any other ski magazine and look at their annual Top Ten Resorts...its always Whistler/Blackcomb at #1 and Alta/Bird at #2...
Its a trade off, really a coin flip."I'm on the High-T and all I need is a little gravity to bring me back...back to the fringe"

my point being is that your question is a bit... um... lacking in detail. It's a little like someone posting here asking what kind of ski to buy without supplying any details.
will you rent a car? are you old enough?
do you ski or ride? what about your buddies?
will you be hitting the bars (again... old enough?)?
are you going with the boys or with a girlfriend/wife?
what kind of terrain can you ski? Have you skied out west before?
would you hike for turns? do you have any BC experience?
do you want to catski?
do you want to be based at the slope or in a nearby town?
what's your budget?
etc...
quick descriptions:
Whistler is great... expensive if you want to stay in the village. Don't need a car...everything is withing walking distance and there are about 4578 bars/restaurants. There is almost every kind of terrain you can imagine and the snow at the end of March is fine (you may get a little rain at the base). You might have to track the freeze/thaw line to know where to ski... then again, you might have pow down to the base.
PC/SLC is also great. Cheaper than Whistler but you will have to get a car or take public transit (which is a pain in the ass) to get anywhere. Again... every kind of terrain imaginable... probably better snow. Lot's of different resorts to go to... Alta/Snowbird should be the focus of your trip. PC resorts are ok... but lower elevation may compromise snow.
Not knowing anything about you, your buddies, your abilities, your aspirations for this trip make any recommendations difficult."Go Balls Deep!"

Don't go to Utah. Did you know they have mormons there?
Also, if you do, while on the high traverse at Alta, stop and ask one of the many friendly locals where the best powder is. You will surely be told where all the great stashes are.You look like I need a drink.
