It's been a while. The only way out is to send a similar looking non-stoner friend to the clinic with your ID do the test for you. It's v. unlikely they'll have a photo of you.

Just to follow up, the merger was finalized and we were onboarded 2 weeks ago. There were no drug tests of any kind. Puff tuff ...
