Post Know any technical recruiters in MT?

Anybody know a good IT recruiter who covers MT? I'm trying to find something in the Missoula/Hamilton/Helena area. Or any mags know of an opening for an Oracle DBA? Looking to make the move after Jan 1, checking out the options.

Can't help ya with that, but give a shout if you end up with a job in Missoula or the Root. I'll sell you a house, at least.

edit; We could use more boaters in the Bitterroot.

i dont know of any recruiters, but i do know Zoot Enterprises in bozeman is in the process of migrating all of their databases to Oracle. i worked for them for a while as a C/C++ programmer and really liked the place. unfortunately i didnt like the paycheck much so i moved on. the tech job market in bozeman is getting pretty tight. most of the other tech companies have filled their jobs by hiring zoot employees, so I have heard they have started paying better in reaction. they have a 'database installer' position open now that is looking for Oracle and MySQL experience.

I dont know anyone at the hostpital.

My company is probably the best paying tech company in bozeman. Not many openings right now though, our building is just about full. only looking for a tech support team lead, not sure what the pay range would be for that.

we will be moving next fall to early winter and may have more openings then. Keep an eye on http://bridgerinsight.choicepoint.com/employment.htm

Also check out RightNow Technologies, http://www.iloveithere.com
zoot enterprises http://www.zootweb.com
the university http://www.montana.edu for bozeman tech jobs. neither zoot or the u are known to pay especially well, but with housing the way it is and a <2% unemployment rate, that may be changing.

if you are interested in living over the hill in livingston, check out stillwater mining company (they hire quite a few programmers and pay very well) http://www.stillwatermining.com/ and printing for less http://www.printingforless.com/index.html

I don't offhand. i know RightNow is often hiring sales people. All the sales people for our company are based out of corp headquarters in Alpharetta Georgia.

Check out Ligocyte, they are a biotech company in bozeman http://www.ligocyte.com/employment.aspx

Also check out the TechRanch, it's a tech company incubator. may not find a high paying job but maybe get in on the ground floor with a smaller company.
