Invader: As a fellow non-mag TGR newbie (see Blurred's post), I'd suggest getting in touch with some folks at Intrawest customer service. Since it's pretty clear he was working there when you purchased the skis his actions directly affect the image of Intrawest Resorts and the type of people they employ. I would think that they should at least help you track the guy down since he was using their resources to sell gear at the time (as long as it doesn't conflict with their own employee-employer privacy rules).

I doubt they will give any info unless they are asked by the police. Invader could be making the whole thing up, thus most corporate policy is to never disclose info on their employees.

Apparently the skis got lost/stolen somwhere between the time he dropped them off at the Copper P.O. and the time that they should have been picked up by the Frisco Post Office. He says he wired Invader's money back a couple of days ago and its waiting to be picked up at walmart. If for some reason any part of this is not true, the beatdown will ensue, and now I know where he lives.
