brand new (never mounted, with binders) can be found online daily for less that that. I've seen $350USD and up for the burg model.
I am not sure if those are decent or expensive bindings, and I do not know the price, but if you can acquire the 914's for $75 or less - no, it is not a good price.

I've seen $350 for the burgundy buddha model, brand new.... in the 165 and 173 lengths. Never for the 180 or 190.

I sold some pretty used 190 wizards with 977s for $240 shipped last spring and that took a while but in better condition, I could see getting more and selling faster.

i think 450 is steep for any used ski, but if you gotta have them and you dont think the price is bad, go for it. its not like they are making more.

Obviously, you are on crack. When is the last time you saw a pair of new Exploders, 190cm, for 450? If you get used Exploders with clean bases, drilled 1X, it is almost just as good as the new thing. They are bomber, and last forever. YOu can prolly find a pair of wizards, no binders, in good condition for about $350. I would rather do this, and then buy new P12s for $120, then buy used bindings.

To answer your question, if they are in great shape, you are spending maybe $25 over market value. That's not terrible.

Id expect it to be 450shipped.
350 for the wizards and another 75 for the bindings and another 25 to ship.
Not a screaming deal, but a fair price imo.

Wizards, CMH, the top sheet is the only difference in the Explosivs. They are all otherwise the same. An Explosiv is an Explosiv.

that is not entirely true... the cmh is not a twin tip... and the buddah has a square tail... yes these are minor differences but they are not same

That's what I thought. I searched frantically all summer for a pair of 190 Splosivs. Plenty of shorter lengths, but 190s are pretty rare (thanx again Mntlion for hookin' me up).

I'd say $450 is a fair price, not that it matters now - you either bought 'em or they're long gone.

and I always thought I was lazy. I have yet to hit a day where there ISN'T a pair 180+ for sale! New; used; w/b & wo/b. Just need to drop the demanding attitude and acquire them from wherever, if you truly want them!

Ebay is a good start: Item # 280045194063

and to those that say they "have been looking ALL summer":
BoomTown HAD plenty used w/b, for $365 CAD!

Guess all this crack that I've been rockin'-up on has allowed me to use an SE properly.
