I know we seem sort of "hush hush" at times, but if ever a maggot PM'd me and let me know they're heading to "northern UT" I'd be more than happy to show you around. I am trying to plan this shindig, but am feeling worked around. Anyone who still needs a ride or a place to stay please pm me. I was going to do a list of attendees, but it seems as though lots are planning their own things at their own places. I figure those who do want to follow the schedule; I tried to make everyone happy with, can choose to show up. Rotorhead's house for the saturday party. I will post theeee schedule in a day or two with for sure places, times, and other info. Yep.

Sandy, I think people have been making their own plans precisely because not enough had been 'officially' posted early... and you were originally going to host the saturday party...

@alta - Apres ski in goldminers daughter (4-6pm)
Friday night party - official start time: 7:30
(come early or late, we don't care
Friday night 'gear swap' - 7:30 -9:30
Serious Partying - 9:30 - late evening/early morning

SATURDAY: official resort: ?
saturday night - Rotorheads house for party.

First let me say I am on your side. I know your feeling. Hell, Frozen called me one time and said "HOW THE HELL DID YOU DO THREE SUMMITS?!?!?!!!" as he was pulling hair out for Jackson. I replied with a sand joke or something, but yes, it is overwelming trying to make everyone happy and get the schedule together and get parties planned. It is not easy.

That being said, some people like more organization, some like less. I went on the "more" route and that worked for most of us. People that want to do their own thing already have their minds made up or fly by the seat of the pants. I think those that want a list are either veterans of the Utah Mini or want to see who all is attending as they may have friends they want to hook up with that they may not have seen for several seasons.

I have to agee here. People are spending mass $$ to do this and those overseas mags really put up $$. Planning helps keep the money spent to a min.

And at the TGR party you did tell me you were having a party one of the nights of the Mini at your place. So I guess we were kinda scratching our heads at that one when you asked who is having the Sat. party.

As I am going to be away on business, I won't make it and I am bummed about that. But I am trying to help you as I can. Organizing this stuff is not so easy when you are knee deep into it.

Keep the chin up and it is now crunch time to set things final. Those that will show and want to ski with a gaggle of maggots will and those that want to earn turns will. Cater to the lift skiers that want the group dealio, as it is a Summit of sorts.

Feel free to ask for help, tell me to kiss off, or anything in between.

That night was kinda rough.

Saturday night Thinking around 7pm till whenever, If it's dumping you have to "get the F**k out" by 11pm cause I'm old and need my rest. I'll provide the basics.Time to try out the new firepit and hopefully not torch the deck.

Kids are typically welcome at our parties, and some maggots have brought them in the past fyi - even though our parties are typically more adult focused... usually earlier in the evening, it's tame enough..

we maybe can set them up with something to do, a movie, board or video games... we also have a foosball table in the main bar area...

I should also say, for those of you are curious - for winter/indoor parties, our dog (rottie) now goes to sleepaway camp for the night... summer/outdoor bbqs- other dogs are usually welcome.
