Seattle TGR/Anomoly Roll Call - Sunday 10.28 @ Neumos
Let's get this thing started!
Not being much of a Cap Hill person, anyone have suggestions for a pre-party location?
Oh and um... Hut! hut! hut!!!

Squirrel, as I look at my calendar it appears 10-28 is Saturday. I just looked it up and the movie is Sunday the 29th at 5:30pm. I'm coming down for a music party Saturday so I think I'll stay around for the show. Party party!!!!
Is it worth buying at ticket online for $16 rather than $12 at the door? Sell out? Have any extra tickets to sell?Last edited by fiddler; 10-26-2006 at 11:13 AM.
In drove this drunken madman and stopped on a dime! Unfortunately the dime was in Mr. Rococo's pocket!

Prefunk: I'd suggest The Comet, 922 E Pike St, a classic PNW tavern in the vein of the Buckaroo, the Blue Moon and the Snow Goose.

I won't be able to make it, but Elysian's brew pub is like 2 blocks west up Pike St. from Neumo's.

the comet is rad and just across the street. Graydon and I have felt the wrath of the $1.50 high life pint. no food tho.
the Elysian has good food and expensive beer that is pretty okay.
i'm game for whatever.

Justin York is on his way to Bend as we speak. The rest of those who are going are leaving tomorrow for Portland and Seattle. 3 premieres in 3 days is just a little too much for my BAC.
From what I have been hearing from the tour guys is that the opening band will play, then the premiere will play, and swollen will finish it off. That is the way Jackson went and I believe all the others as well.

Who's the opening band?
I'll be there. Glad to hear It'll be convenient to miss inflamed innuendo....Some will fall in love with life and drink it from a fountain that is pouring like an avalanche coming down the mountain...

I'm close to that area and know it pretty well. Vodoo Lounge next door(attached really) is very cool but no food that I know of. Comet(all time seattle dive bar) is great across the street but not sure about food there. Satellite lounge on the next block has one of the best happy hours around with great pub grub deals and super cheap pints. not sure if there's a happpy hour on sunday or not. lot's of options there though. garage is around the corner too.

I'll be there with Mrs Shin and would be down with pre-drinking and fooding.
Are any local shops selling tix to the show? Bought mine at EVO laste year? Hate to pay those stupid fees to buy on-line and I won't be up to the hill before the show.

I'm in Australia for the next couple weeks unfortunately, so no movie festivities for me.
Got Anomaly in the mail before I left though, and it's a good flick...worth a watch!

There's two separate shows. One that starts at 5:30 with just the movie and one that starts at 8:00 with swollen members playing afterwards.
