Looks like a fun trip. I'm sure you'll get that camera figured out Frank. Hopefully we'll get some snow up north here this week too.

Holy shit Batman!! The "lacking" photo skills still shine bright on my brain. Thanks for the stoke. Now I want to kill myself cuz all we have over here is a sugar coating.

Thanks for this TR you two. Makes for a great way to start off my mornin.' I totally agree with you Frank, about those hills being the favorites. Nothin' quite like the San Juans... Yum!
Any other tracks up there? I've been waiting for someone to post a Sneffels TR.
For a minute there I thought there was a third member of your party, with the changing colors of your coat.
Just so I've got it straight, you desened back down Lavender col couloir?

Yep, Tom, you got it right, we ended up descending our ascent route, down the Lavender Col.
There weren't any other tracks on Sneffels. There were some ski tracks off of Stoney (?) peak we could see from Yankee Boy Basin... a couple of tele-skiers who came up shortly after us in the morning and left before we had returned.-

Way to go you two... I saw those pictures sitting on Biglines for a while and wondered when they were going to get posted.
So does this mean that the Sneffels joke isn't funny anymore?
