In order to combat the growing obesity epidemic in North America I think one of the only ways of making our society healthier is by setting policies.

A new possible policy popping up in government discussions are things like a fast food or an unhealthy food tax. So my vote goes to making this a legal action.
In Canada we are already seeing the effects of the government setting policies for the future health for our nation. Policies such as mandatory gym classes in schools, only healthy food options in school vending machines, a soon to be released new Canada's Food Guide to Healthy Eating, regulations on trans fats, etc.
