    Sick pooch - + vibes needed

    My best bud Max is in the ICU at local veterinary hospital with liver problems. Not sure yet if it's poisoning of some kind or liver function/cancer.

    8 weeks



    4+ years







    Poor guy has tubes poking everywhere, has been scanned, x-rayed, blood pulled and transfused, IV fluids. He's wagging his tail through it all.

    Thanks everyone.

    Just back from visiting the hospital. Not looking good. more plasma transfusions, vitamin k, IV fluids and ICU care. Another full blood chem at 3.00 a.m. and then talk early in the morning about "options".

    one of my cats has been to the brink a few times - but he miraculously made it through.

    whatever options are put out there - and this may sound corny - but listen to your heart and gut. dogs often have 9 (or so) lives like their feline cousins, so stay hopeful and keep sending loving vibes to your buddy...and visualize him recovered and running around.

    hope all turns out well.
