Second year in a row! I told Summit I'd never ski with him again if he didn't let me go first.

I was back up there this afternoon. It's still snowing lightly, but the wind is blowing the snow around a lot. Loaded spots will be deep.

Thanks for coming with me, Summit. Really nice.

    ???

So not getting teeth knocked out is now out of fashion? Guess I should have worn a beanie. That would have been much more appropriate for the rocks.

I don't get it. I just don't get it... these rock skiing escapades seem to be more popular than the NECK FUCKING DEEP tr I posted...

Yes skiing the pass right now is dangerous. I wore more armor than I ever have. Full face, knee/shin plates, full armor shorts with plates, elbow/forearm plates, pack (the only thing missing was chest/upper arm)... I skied very cautiously ... I have no wish to end my season before it begins so I took all precautions.

It's been too long, "NECK FUCKING DEEP" is beyond comprehension at this point. We need to start small and work up to it. Try back in a month or six weeks.
