so the cops came to my house last night......we only had like 10 people over...we were not being really loud or anything.

The cop was flipping a shit at me and like had his hand on his gun and shit like I was gonna jump him.

long story short we get TWO nuisance tickets, becauce technically the upstairs of our house is a different address.

1000 bucks PER ticket (which im sure will get lowered in court next tuesday)

plus this girl who was probably gonna stay over last night got 2 tickets of her own, and the whole night was pretty much spoiled...

cops = cock blocks

Beyond stealing kegs, spoiling good times and fucking up murder investigations, do the police in Boulder really do anything? While a g is pretty steep, hope it is only that. While living in the Goss/Grove neighborhood a friend of mine got a noise violation ticket that cost her a grand, 25 hours community service and a series of meetings with her neighbors to try and find a solution. And I am sorry, that sucks a fat one. At least Govt Mule show was good, right?

mule was off the chain.....sick sick show...

but I did wake up this morning alone and with a 1000 dollar ticket...

edit: and no, they dont do anything....the forces are too busy busting parties that in the 30th street area (where I used to live) there is a huge market for theft....at night you can just see droves of people driving around stealing shit....had quite a few things stolen from me cause there are never any cops anywhere but on the hill......fuck I am so fucking pissed right now

I would strongly suggest you vent your anger here and show up in court as a meek little pussycat who isn't cocky or argumentative if you expect any sympathy from the judge. Your best bet is a not guilty plea and then some assistant DA will barter with you on a reduced fine/charge rather than a trial.

i got rolled in college once for some stupid shit and i was angry enough to file a lawsuit.

That is a very powerful anger, when someone abuses their power just to be an asshole and there is not a single thing you can do about it, just sit there and take it.

Then file a lawsuit....
