    Revelatory that the soft serve machine in the kitchen, the piles of tires in the man room, and the abutment to megamart go unremarked

    Is there a search term or something that I can put into Redfin so that they will send me these kinds of loony properties? I'm in a position where I'd consider something like the MT Death Cult one with a couple of friends, but it looks like we've missed out on it.

    I went to high school with the original owners daughter. They owned Eddy's Cafe in Apgar (next door to this house). They sold Eddy's many years ago, wonder if they still owned this house.

    Well this is an interesting listing;

    I mean, all you need to do is add a microwave and a mini-fridge and you should be good.

    Don't forget the air mattress!

    Just an example of what you may be seeing when your state banishes SFH zoned neighborhoods....ADUs on subdivided plots...

    oh noes! The poors are coming for you!

    like, people been doing this illegally for a decade now. Separating the rental from the home doesn’t seem catastrophic. Seems realistic.

    I'm guessing it's owned by the guy next door. 63 days on market means overpriced or too silly for serious consideration.

    Are they trying to sell the house and the yard in two separate transactions? If so, I can't even. Hasn't this dumb market jumped the shark yet?

    That's my guess. "List price was just lowered by $396K" probably means they tried to sell the whole thing for ~$1.3 but nobody wanted to pay that for a shared driveway high-density McSuburbs house, so it's two listings now.

    I was just checking to see wtf that is in the back yard. Walking distance to Walmart! They are truly living the dream.

    Ha, that's good.

    Honey, I think the walls should be taupe
    Hmm. I think that'll be too dark. How about gray?
    But everyone does gray. Let's do something bold!
