If they are Latino its my understanding they have to be legal cuz its not possible to just duck across the border or have been here for a long time under the radar

so they do come year after year to the same the farms who couldnt operate without them,

farm work, non-mechanized forestry work, tree planting, wildland fire fighting, they are all back breaking jobs

Yes I would presume they are legal.

Coworker went to look at a house in unincorporated N Idaho, new construction in the last 5 years.

He said the damn thing had 10-amp circuits with 18-awg wiring all over the place to save money.

Sure, but, what killed me was the salary = three times rent and a minimum 680 credit score. Not dirtbag material.

Yeah, not dirtbag material, because they don't want to be renting to dirtbags.

7500 *12 is 90k. If they rent to a couple that's easy. And 680 credit score is low.

That's the hope, we're in a 1/1 800 sqft house built in 1912 right now. But I'm not buying something else unless the prices fall back or the economy actually catches up. But there are some nice hotels here too. :-)

    Welcome to visit anytime!

If I was King, I'd drop that couple's credit score by a hundred points for a financial decision like that.

30% of income spent on housing is exactly what the bank and creditors expect you to be paying.

Uhm, wut? I could see how that could work for led lighting circuits, but receptacles? "Honey, why is wall hot?" "I'm charging my iPhone"

Plus running 14/3 powering two branches would likely be cheaper.

I feel like the G.O.T.O.S. and Real Estate threads intersect at the six-figure dirtbag renter with good credit.

What's a decent middle mgmt job in Summit? Managing the local Applebee's or a used car lot? Should be easy for a couple with mid level managment jobs to be pulling ~ $200k gross. Vibes on the Saturday work. Did too much of that shit in a prior career.

Comes down to a question of motivation.

But Fred, Fred, Fred, calm down. My point is, at a certain point in life, a "professional" couple shouldn't be blowing 30 grand of post tax income every year on a rental. They should be owning. It's like throwing a ton of cash in a fire pit. Well, of course, if they're just waiting around for the inheritance, then, sure, have fun.

    You own your place, right?

I mean, the largest corporation in that company town is headquartered a few hundred miles away. That's where all the money is.

yes benny I have owned my own house for almost 20 years, don't ask, I wonder myself how it all happened, I mean I kind of know, but a retard like me buying a house in his late 20s in a ski town, who knew
