Of course it sold.... what do you do with an embarrassing employee housing on a tiny piece of land without a house to live in?

Not surprisingly it sold for what you pay for reasonably priced car.

Something only rich people have. Since they have lesser people to remove the dust and spider webs.

Looks like San Diego is 14% of households behind on rent. But we have the 2nd highest % increase in home prices. I told my wife we should cash out and live in a motel for a year, waiting for the crash...I think she thought I was joking.

And nobody lives in South Dakota so the numbers are small.

100 sq foot tiny homes are renting for $1500 in Tetonia. I've mentioned this before, but I know someone who rented a 1 br condo off ski hill road in Driggs for $4k/month last winter.

$3,800 for a 2/2 sounds realistic. Two local waiters or dishwashers could easily afford it at $30/hr plus tips.

Anybody interested in this million dollar Dallas home? Could've suited Walter White well. Seriously. WTF kind of business were they operating out of here?!

There's a little teller window though, so something where customers come through. MontuckyFried might be in the right ballpark with Walter White. Discreet, a ton of juice, but no need to pamper customers with a nice waiting room or anything like that.

That's a fair price if you have a pull-down sink sprayer, medicine cabinets, and on-site laundry.

Gotta admit tho - the guy knows texas:

The mountain West certainly could use another trendy hotspot.

Haha. Right? Why would an AT&T data center need a teller window? Something fishy about this place. The front being a convincing façade is actually kinda genius.

For real. As a former resident of Gallatin County I still don't get what the big deal about that town is. I mean, it's cool and all, but current median home price great? Lol no. The outdoor access is great. The "city" itself kinda sucks. Which would be totally forgivable if it wasn't considered the raddest place on planet Earth by a bunch of douchebag Bay Area transplants with fully GOTOS'd out Sprinters and what not who are jacking up the local RE prices beyond all reason.

I've always felt Bozeman has no soul. At least in the hundreds of times I've been there, I've never got a glimpse of it. But I've never lived there so I can't really say what it's like, just an outsider opinion.

ah they exist but trendsetters and influencers need to go there and tell the world how awesome it is and how rad they are for finding it
once that gets in motion all the tools follow and the place is fucked
but alot of the undiscovered places have shitty internet are in the middle of nowhere amazon prime takes a week to get and the crappy connecting airport is hours away
I'm thinking people in the know now know how to keep their mouths shut so the place don't get ruined by the gorganics sprinter van puffy wearing instagram worthy outdoor crowd
