The tomatoes from my MIL's garden are out of this world. You put a slice on a sandwich and you need no condiments at all, no mustard, mayo, nothing. Just one slice of a Jersey tomato. Mmmm.

Stuff grows like crazy in NJ. Compare that to the 4,000 foot high desert where I live now and maybe that's why NJ seems so appealing. Of course I remember that same feeling of craving moisture before we moved to Washington, where stuff also grows like crazy, and after seven years of getting soaked out there I was ready to move back to the big dry.

Man, I sure miss 4 seasons, one of which is a bunch of rain in the spring. I love to sit and listen to it rain.

Always grateful that I learned to drive in and around Boston. One of the Boston city driving rules my dad taught me early on: oldest, shittiest car always has the right of way while merging.

If I need to merge in traffic I pick an expensive car to cut in on. They always give it up.

The E500 can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 5.8 seconds, according to Mercedes.

Goddamn, they are buying up all the employee housing. That looks like the perfect spot to live out of your vehicle.

Aspen’s City Council’s been reducing the amount of public parking for years.
Trying to force people to use mass transit and eventually going with a car less, St. Moritz type model.

same in breckenridge but it isn't really working
forcing people to park outside of town and pay 10 or 20 bucks a nite because all new developments have very little parking is pretty funny
the politicians think that everyone will magically give up their car
    good luck

Luckily Victor, ID has not quite seen the ruinous masses that Breck has. I think it probably has a few more good years left

Well, happens in Manhattan a lot, so, probably not too shocking to the Aspen resident.
