I'm currently living in this apartment but I'll be moving away from tahoe sometime around the first week of June. I told my landlord that I would start advertising it for him and showing it to people. The landlord is super cool. He lives in san diego and is rarely around, however any time we've had any kind of an issue he's taken care of it asap. All the other tenants are very nice and very quiet. There is a plow service in the winter. There is a washer and dryer in the garage as well.
