Fiddlehead was better. It clearly had more chocolate and coconut flavor than mine. I also liked the ruby red color that came through under a light where mine had a more direct brown/black color.

    But I'll keep trying!

I just ordered $80 worth of hops for my next four brews, an IPA, Barley Wine, Pale Ale and a Saison. Can't wait to get these in my belly.

The fellows at BYO had a bunch of this left over from a conference, so we turned it into next monthís meeting. Each member is to use it in a brew and then bring to share.

Mine is going in a stove-top 1 gallon batch of a Gose. Hoping the acidulated malt will make it tart enough.

    Kettle sour FTW!

Never used passion fruit in a beer, I have had mixed results with puree.

I would not hesitate to add it to a wheat beer.

I use it and love it. It really helped me dial in my system. I hit my numbers pretty much dead on, now. I think itís a free 30 day trial or something, so I recommend downloading and seeing for yourself.
