Split batch sour blonde. Half on peaches, half on apricots. The base was pretty tasty.

My extract porter is ready to drink. It came out very well. Quite chocolatey and a little sweet. I usually drink hop forward beers, so this is a nice change of pace.

I have a ton of apple trees. How hard is it to press a good cider? It Looks labor and time intensive

Itís easy if you have a cider press, carboys, know about fermentation and sanitation, etc. Otherwise consider it just this side of alchemy.
