Yea, our cats fuck up a lot of stuff. One of them has a clothes eating phase for a while... grrrr.

The dog left more fur on the chair this morning that your new pup has on his bod. he’s can be a dirt ball, too. Recently he rubbed his face in something dead in his fenced area, that we can’t located because we think that he decided to eat it.... I still love his kisses and snuggles

Went for a 4 mile mtn bike and they still have energy playing tug of war with a stick in the yard.
    And they're out!

    lost this guy last saturday
was sad but he was also over 15 so we had time to ease into it and we had good times with him.
this picture is him at 14 1/2 tho so he looked good for his age- nobody believed his age when we ran into fans on our walks.

Vibes BB, great looking guy who clearly lived a fantastic life! So cool to hear about so many living to 14-15 years.

Sammy will be 13 this fall, slowing down some but still gets after it daily chasing around our 2yr old Golden along with rabbits and various other varmints, unfortunately inluding those stanky black and white kitties occasionally.

Any pro tips out there on toughening up a pups paws?

9mo old Cardigan. Super strong herding drive, she loves nothing more than to chase the big dogs at the park.

The problem is... she goes too hard. If she spends a decent amount of time at the park or daycare she will come home with torn up pads and blisters between her toes. Soaking her feet in hot water and epsom salt has helped heal but not prevent.

We have a can of mushers secret; which seems to work for the pads but not the blisters...

She gets 30-60min walks daily on mixed surfaces (gravel alley, concrete sidewalks, grass, turf, bark, etc...)

Bloop photo included for good measure...

You could try putting her in booties. They take a little while to get used to but should give her more protection.
