Ok, what's everyone's favorite couch material with these 4 legged beasts?

I stupidly let Baxter on the couch from day 1. He will not get on other furniture at all, and can be scolded off other couches (he knows better), so there may be hope to re-train.

Need some new furniture and not sure what to look at.

We got a couch in Sunbrella microfiber and it's held up well. UV resistant and really water resistant, mud and dirt wipe off easily and hair vacuums right up.

Why not buy whatever you want and keep an old blanket on it for the pup? Mine understand if there is a blanket on it (couch, chair, ottoman) it is fair game. They know when I clean the house and the blanket is off to stay down until the blanket is back.

I'll get a video of him with a blanket tomorrow. He's got 3, I'll find them all over the house when I get home, as he re-arranges based on his mood.

Pretty sure the couch blanket is on the floor or balled up in a nest before I hit the end of the driveway.
