Yeah my dog ate an entire large pizza in about 30 seconds when I had a friend over as a kid. I'll never forget how fast it went away.

Early season bottomless makes for a serious workout for the doggo. He didn't seem to mind.

It wasn’t a whole pizza, but I had a dog swipe two large pieces on a drive-by. I chased her down and pulled them back out of her throat. It was like her jaw had unhinged, and it felt like sticking my arm into a portal to a different dimension. The pizza was almost completely intact, just slobbery.

Not a huge dog… Australian shepherd mix. Maybe 60lbs.
    focus.

Much like the time we were camping, you were out fishing and I was making dinner. Kessler was with me at the campsite. I was making tortellini, my side of garlic bread had the seal fail and the loaf was soaked from being in the cooler.

I was holding up the loaf of Pepperidge farm garlic bread by the bag getting a pic of the water running out of it. The end seal catastrophically failed and the entire loaf slid out onto the ground. Kessler moved faster than I’d ever seen him move and inhaled that thing like Connie Conehead on a Subway sandwich.

    “Yeah, he likes bread.”

I need to go to Utah.
    Utah?
Yeah, Utah. It's wedged in between Wyoming and Nevada. You've seen pictures of it, right?

So after 15 years we finally made it to Utah.....

New bed arrived. It’s bigger than expected but well made and fits them both, for now.

Subtract 100 pounds, switch breed to 'rez dog', change the date to xmas, and the bird was a goose. And I'll never forget either. No pics because that greasy bird worked its magic with his stomach so fast that it was all I could do to get him out of my grandparents' house before the ensuing shitnami.

    That didn't happen!

That look you get when there are six deer in the yard, one of which even has the zoomies, and the darn humans won't open the door.

Sam snagged a pork chop bone out of the garbage last night. In the wrestle to extract him from under the dining room table where he'd run off with it he chomped down on my hand.

Puncture wounds on palm, back of hand and thumb.

Hurts like fuck today and badly swollen. Pretty certain he's broken a bone.

The son of a bitch has some bite. We just had to upgrade to the black Kong toys because he destroyed the red ones.
