Super chilled, makes confident eye contact, a little sick on the 4 hour drive home but otherwise he snuggled with Mrs Brit.

He's been playing happily and flopping into puppy comatose since we got him home. No accidents.

    Basically he's a good boy!

This guy is growing up fast.

We went on a big walk today, and Moira got to visit Utah's Rock for the first time. It is a special place in our little corner of the world, and named for her predecessor, who really appreciated the extra bit of elevation.

There’s a flock of Turkeys in the woods by our house that she flushed out, the other evening they were in the trees roosting, it stank like bird but she couldn’t see them it drove her nutty

Aww! Great to keep it all in the family. You can never get the same dog, but that should keep you close.

    Love black and white borders.

At 5:30AM Hazel let me know that she wanted to go out. OK, nothing unusual there. I should have known that the snow would bring the elk herd to my house. This morning, she bolted out of the door, untethered, and headed straight for the field. The next 45mins. must have been very entertaining for her. Of course, there were the elk to chase, bark at disrupt their peaceful morning. Then the was me, in the snow running after her, calling her, trying to bribe her and finally getting in the car and tracking her down. The funniest must have been when she saw the car, allowed me to place her in the hatch, only to sneak back out just as the hatch door shut. Oh, she pissed me off. There are times when I wish I had a shock collar on her.
