First five pics are of my step dad and I going on a month long motorcycle trip starting in San Jose, driving up 1/101 to Washington, then heading up to the Canadian border, meeting up with my uncle and his friend from Michigan, and attempting to ride the continental divide trail to Mexico. The continental divide trail should be done on dirt bikes only in my opinion, maybe some dual sports, but not bimmers that weigh over 700 lbs loaded up with gear. It was too rugged after a while. Sometimes there were boulders that the forestry service had put on the trail, and my cohorts boxer engines couldn't fit through, so we had to pile rocks up and build little bridges to get their motors over. Hella sketchy.

On a wet day I went into a grassy rut that was about 5 inches deep, bounced on the back seat, tried to pull up and gas it to get out, and I just went down. Had to derail due to shit like that and a 120' heat wave that was going on to the south. One picture of the four of us was us staying on the camp grounds at Crater Lake where a man on some serious drugs had to be taken down, shot twice, by a forest ranger he was trying to attack with a log that was on fire.

Chillin with some homies, absolutely shit face plastered in Busan, Korea. I can't believe we didn't get all sorts of DUI's. We were doing wheelies, and doing all the sorts of things skateboarders would do to surrounding buildings.

Not pictured here, but this was the first day I got my knee to scrape the ground at Thunderhill. I could only drag my knee on 11 and 12. This pic was taken on turn 4.

I was wondering how many motomaggots have had a female passenger have an orgasm while riding their bike?

I thought this was a myth...but now know it to be true. Took the fiance out on the Triumph, and she was much more relaxed after riding on it a couple times, and well, then she was not so relaxed....twice.

I question one. I had a girl that liked going for a ride waaaay too much, and she was a little bit of a sex pot. It was on the thumper single piston bimmer though. Never even thought about it on the ZX6R 636. Too buzzy. I'd bet a speed triple would do the trick the best.

No doubt! I've got to round up a bit more gear... got some riding boots, need an off road-worthy helmet. My friends own Giant Loop, and are ready to show me around the backroads of Oregon. Seems like a fun way to pass the time until the snow flies!

Picked up this ol girl a year ago for $500, finally got it running a few months ago. Currently serving as the commuter/grocery getter. It's also good for blending in with the hipsters of Georgetown.

This is my baby, I call her Rose. I've done about 1200km so far this season, which mainly came from a 3 day sequence of temps above +10C. Right now there's still snow on the road over here, we keep getting some big snow storms these last 2 weeks. It's a SUzuki SV650S.

Nice, I miss my SV. I went from 2 bikes at this point last year to none now, I'm itching pretty badly. I see a mid-70s Honda joining the family pretty soon.

Got a couple summer projects down at my tiny shop space, '73 CB450 that I'm hacking/chopping into some sort of digger with knobbies (I like building weird stuff). My '85 K100 Beemer rat bike needs some love... '69 CB350 needs oil seals. '67 Triumph chopper needs total rebuild... Helps with summer/seasonal depression

Just picked up this 2011 Gas Gas EC300e. I was looking for a KTM but they were hard to find and pricey.
The ride is everything its said to be. I'm coming off of KTM 4t's so light switch power , light weight and low center of gravity are really noticeable.
It's taking some getting used to though. So far it has spit me off twice and landed on top of me yesterday. The power delivery is instantaneous and any kind of whiskey throttle gets you in trouble.
