I still haven't been on my bike this year yet.
Having a bike 100 miles away isn't very accessible.

You caught me on the toilet. Hey, it's New Hampshire! It was planted and looked decent last season, it's getting recycled this one.

Hey Nutmeg - you're a wild an crazy chick!
On my run a couple days ago a guy was pulled over on the side of the road. As I got closer I saw he was on his trailer trying to pick up his bike. I hopped up to help him and saw that the floor board had busted out from under his kickstand
It was a 1970 Triumph TR6...the next bike I will eventually buy, but probably a 1967. Anyway, the old bikes don't have the 'stop' so his handlebars dinged the tank...another
He was taking up the street to have a guy repair whatever was wrong with it, so I didn't get into the "never strap your bike down to a kickstand' thing, assuming the repair dude would let him know. It was just a bummer.

not really stoke, just wondering, how fast one would have to be going to put down a 250ft skid, lay down the bike for 40-50ft, then bury it up to the rear tire under the front of a pickup?

40mph actually. Not that hard at all, if you are an idiot who loves rear useless brake.

I'll see if I can get the pictures.
In this guy's defense if he really was going that fast he probably only had a couple seconds to react once he saw the closure signs when he got out of the turn. Still, the perfectly straight skid mark was weird, maybe a testament to his speed.

Perfectly straight skid mark = [as said above] rear brake lockup and target fixation i.e. fail.

I love the straight, dark, just like stepping on a car brake pedal, rear tire lock up. This is not only a rookie bush league move, but also very prevalent in foot forward position cruiser bikes. (notice I didn't stereotype and say Harley riders)
