Yetiman - that is one cool Yammy 650! What a great engine that was.. I am torn on my next bike - I commute rush hour/car pool lane thru all the madness which I like my current sled for - I like some of the new big cruisers (Victory Kingpin and Yamaha Road Star in particular) but the "controls forward" thing is comfortable for cruising, but but just not as nimble in the traffic madness that I deal with daily than a bike with conventional controls, where they are under the center of gravity(Kawasaki Concours, Yamaha FJR1300, both good commuting bikes..) I really need two bikes...
PS I wish they would BAN HANDHELD CELL PHONE USE while driving here - So many car drivers out there just NOT paying attention..

His and hers. The black one is a 620, the yellow is a 748 as you can see...

Are you kidding? Sell me that H2, they are worth big bucks! Nicknamed the "widowmaker" for good reason, they were banned in the UK and are one of the quickest off-the-line bikes ever! http://www.motorcyclemuseum.org/exhi...bikes/Mach.asp

I think street is cool, but it scares me and I'm too much of a clam to ride around cars. Sadly, I have since sold my RM250 to funnel my money into skiing and flying, but someday I will resume.

This bike brought me a lot of pleasure and some pain. It holds a cult classic for a few. Kind of nice when hardcore Harley riders tell you your rice rocket is rad.
She is not in real great shape, but I have a clear title and some extra parts.
I have a smaller racing sprocket that I could never bring myself to install. There are times when you hit your shifts right that this bike would fly and all you could do is hold on and enjoy the ride.I have reached a point in my life where a new pair of bros and dynafits would bring me more pleasure and be a hell of a lot safer send me a pm if your interested.

I figured there were a lot of riders among the Maggots. COOL!

I've had two passions in my life from a young age, motorcycling and skiing.

    Current bikes:

2003 Kawi KX250 (2 of them at the moment since I just got a new one to replace the old)

1999 Honda CBR600F4-got this one new when it came out(yellow).

2006 Yamaha TTR50E-Purchased 3 weeks ago for my(just over) 3 year old son Preston. It's an electric start four stroke with training wheels. He puts his helmet on, turns on the key, choke, and kill switch, and cruises the neighborhood pretty much at will already.

1976 Honda 50-My wifes from when she was a kid. Now a collector bike.

    Past bikes:

    1994 Honda XR650L-sold 2 days ago-had this one since 1994.

    2002 Kawasaki KX250

    2001 Yamaha YZ426

    1995 Yamaha WR250

1983 Honda XL600-Rode it to Southeast Alaska twice(using the Ferry).

    1985 Maico 250 Spyder

    1982 Kawasaki KX 80

    1976 Yamaha YZ80

My buddy just got the new Triumph Daytona 675 triple sportbike. Very nice!

I'd like to get a faster sportbike, something like the Kawasaki ZX10.

It seems that is NOT the Waterbuffalo (hence the Comic, Dave) since there's no radiator. I like what this guy did to his....

Honda 50 MiniBike. Those were the days. I used to have one of those, and a McCulloch 101 (two stroke, 16hp) strapped to a Rupp frame. That is about the time I realized that I love speed.

I think my next bike will be an aprillia rs125.

The rs50 could be fun, but the roads aren't quite tight enough around here.

Thanks Gordy, pops hooked me up, only has 1460 miles on it, 99 Shadow ACE 1100. He prefers to golf in Tucson instead of riding this, so I took it off his hands for the price of an Alta/Bird Pass and a new set of sticks.

Hopefully this will be mine tonight

I'm going to look at this tonight and hopefully things work out. It's a 1979 Yamaha Enduro XT500. It should be good for running around town and kayak shuttles.

    Past bikes:

    2000 Suzuki Katana GSX750
2004 Yamaha Zuma 50 (scooter for the gf)
    1986 Yamaha Fazer 700

That is one ultracool machine. Kind of gives of the vibes that the new Triumph Scrambler was going after
