Freakin amazing how impressive these guys are album after album for 20+ years. Their music has changed, but I actually like their newer stuff more than Mother's Milk era. By the Way is one of the best albums I own. I can't wait to hear the rest of Stadium Arcadium.

RHCP are bad ass. I still remember rocking out to the Uplift Mofo Party Plan in my walkman in jr. high. As far as the newer stuff; Californication is easily in my top ten all time albums.

Thanks for posting, cool vid! I love the peppers, and unlike other bands (metallica) they can rock for 20+ years and I keep buying their new stuff.

3 years later... this album is pure genius - probably my 2nd favorite of all time (RATM being number 1). All 28 songs are freakin awesome. I can listen to these 2 CDs for hours on end and never get bored. What an accomplishment!

Damn! Thought they were comin' out with another! But yeah, Stadium Arcadium was brilliant. 28 songs and they were all awesome, amazing. RHCP rules.

sorry, but true heads know that RHCP ceased to be relevant after Mother's Milk (unless of course you were some New Jack poseur, MTV loving, commercial radio listening shill with no soul or were just too young to know any better).

laughing my ass off on that.
i actually saw them on that tour. they played The Greek in Hollywood and had The Meat Puppets open. The Puppet's were actually more memorable that the Peppers as about 3 songs into their set the bassist flipped out and started swinging his bass around by the strings. Curt jumped out of the way as his brother kept flailing the bass around and finally he lurched toward the drum kit. I remember watching the drummer mouth the words "Holy F@#K" and diving off stage just as the bass came whipping around and destroyed the drums. The band's equipment sufficiently destroyed, he dropped the bass and stumbled off stage. I think that was at the height of Cris's addiction problems that would eventually get him kicked out of the band and thrown in jail.

For some reason, I missed way to many shows in those years, probably focusing between my masters and skiing. Would have love to have seen them then.
Mothers Milk was great, but I have to go with bmg97. When BSSM came out, I was totally blown away by it. (okay, it got pick up by MTV-commercial radio crap). Their masterpiece...everything came together on that album.

Every song on Stadium Arcadium sounds the same.... bleh.
Old RHCP was so much better. Kind of like Aerosmith -- once they got clean, they got bad.
