Damnit, I hate reading this kind of shit. Ruins my day. Still, good read for awareness.

So many internal feelings generalizing all hunters now..

Those kind of stories always piss me off so bad. Pretty sure I would be in jail now for murder if some asshole shot my dog.

To all the assholes that hunt wolfs, I hope you die of ass cancer you insufferable cunts.

Similar thing happened just outside Missoula a few years back. Guy was walking his 2 huskies in a paved USFS Campground when a guy, claiming to be wolf hunter, opened up with an AR-15 at extremely close range. Cops investigated, no charges. Sucks.

Makes me wonder, what percentage of hunters are "gapers", and dont know what they're doing out there?

Fuck those guys. If you can't tell if it's a dog or a wolf or a coyote, you shouldn't be out there with a weapon.

If someone did that to my dog, I might mistake them for a punching bag.

There needs to be harsher penalties, even if it's an accident. I am an advocate for dog's (and cats) rights.

My guess, quite a bit higher than any of us would be comfortable with. In the words of Mr.T, "I pity the foo" that shoots any dog in front of me...

Ten days ago we said goodbye to our 17 yr old white shepherd. Hard to explain exactly why, but she was the best & sweetest dog I've had or known. Friends would clamor to watch her when we left town.

Can't bring myself yet to look at pics of her, but maybe I'll post one later.
Know of a pair of Fischer Ranger 107Ti 189s (new or used) for sale? PM me.

Mine gets an orange vest and bell, helps me keep track of her while she's looking for birds and pretty much eliminates any doubt what she is

Most of the time it seems to be wolfy/husky type breeds. Its like you got a crazed hunter out there, they see the people and know its a dog...

But in their cruel head they are thinking "this is one of those husky types, I could probably get away with killing this"
