Stoked to see that! I only just recently heard about the project, while up visiting relatives in Hamilton this summer. Keep us posted on progress!

Too bad that water is disgusting. Can't be any worse than Alberton Gorge though. Ick.
OOOOOOOHHHH, I'm the Juggernaut, bitch!

It's better than the gorge because it's above the Missoula wastewater treatment plant. It's about to be a temporary mess though when they take out Milltown dam. After that all clears up, the water quality should be relatively decent...not like the Lochsa, but not wash your mouth out with Tequila gross, either.

If the water's dirty, nose clips work wonders. It'd be worth it to have a play wave near the house.

That wave looks nice and all, but is there a plan in the works to put in a real ski area near MSO then?

Nope. The one on Lolo isn't going to happen, but Snowbowl is going to add like six lifts to TV mountain.

The first wave is in, it appears to be the main feature (river right). Peeps have been out there almost daily since they let the water back in that channel. Looks sweet!!!!!
I'll take some pics when I remember to bring the cam by there next time.

I don't boat that often, but it looks fun. Definitely going to be a good attraction for Missoula.

I was down at the wave after skiing today. Sure was nice to see the river come up a bit. The hole seems to be changing every day. The Kingpin is rockin!
