Ummmm.... inside is inside and outside is outside, no matter which way you are turning.

I have left and right skis for a couple reasons: 1. I telemark 2. I used to race tele so it's extra habit-y. 3. so I can keep track of damage.

ohhh yeah, cause it is super important for tele-racers to know which side is which

whatever, who am I to talk, all of my skis are left/right sorted too (I even own some asymetrical skis). I promise though that when I get my training heels setup I won't make any distinctions.

Don't worry, it's somewhat hidden in a thread will eventually move to page 2 so it's likely few will have noticed. Carry on. Monday night football anyone?

I have an Alta sticker on the right ski on each pair... you know, cause Alta is right. I have to write it out on the skis I lend out due to compressed edges / damage. Old habits are hard to shake.

I don't mark them, but I do notice the marks already on them to distinguish between L/R. Probably much easier to slap a sticker on one and that's it. It's more a mental/superstitious thing for me.

Only when I tele. I used to try to, but always forgot which was which. I just used stickers and such and forgot. I dont bother anymore.

No. But the frigging ski shop does when they test the bindings
All this dull/sharp inside/outside ?? Don't we, like, use both edges when turning "these days" ? You know 80/20 kinda thing

So when you buy a new pair of skis habitually you mark them, "LEFT" and "RIGHT?"

I have Beavis and Butthead stickers on my Snow Rangers, and I always make sure I have Beavis on my right ski and Butthead on the left. Because if they are reversed, it doesn't look right when I'm looking at my skis when I'm riding the lift.

I do the super-smoove move - I place a large sticker across each ski, and cut it in the middle where the two skis end. So one ski was "Alpe" and the other "ntal" or something like that.

Jumpers strategy would be perfect for Hugh/jass to label his skis
